Behold the Defiant is a Blackened Death Metal band from Melbourne Victoria formed in late 2014 after 9 short weeks the band began playing their unique brand of Brutal Death Metal to live audiences, within 4 months the band had played with some of the big names in Australian metal sharing the stage with the likes of Orpheus, Dreadnaught, Whoretopsy and Bloodline.
